All of our classes are designed to certify the student in Charm, Etiquette, Fashion Modeling, and/or Film Acting .

The student graduating from Carolyn's Finishing Academy will be qualified to enter careers in Fashion, Film, and any other, as a qualified and knowledgeable professional. 

After graduation, the fashiom and film students are entered into our talent agency, CFA Productions, Inc.; and are promoted toward careers in fashion and film.

The Charm and Etiquette course, by itself, builds self-esteem and teaches life skills for not only careers in fashion and film, but for any and all careers.

Therefore, our classes are valued at $4,000; however, we offer Scholarships to qualified students based on the following scales:

(15-class minimum is required.)
(20 classes earn the student a graduation certificate and agency support.)

In the spring of 2006, CFA Productions produced a  star-studded stage play, Lorraine Hansberry's "A Raisin in the Sun", starring WDIA's talk show host, James Davis,  the internationally known Queen of Beale Street, Ms. Ruby Wilson; and a plethora of other CFA Productions talent.

Carolyn Yancy-Gunn, founder of CFA Productions Recording Studio and producer and director of the play;  hired songwriters, Robert Odell, Jr. of CFA Productions Records and James Huffman of Humblekatz Records to write, arrange, and produce a Soundtrack album for the play.

"The  dynamic, jazzy "A RAISIN' IN THE SUN"  album that you are about to download was the result of the collaboration bewteen these two creative, talented, and prolific songwriters.

The play and the soundtrack were performed before standing-room only audiences at the Isaac Hayes Restaurant and Nightclub and at the Gibson Guitar Lounge and received raved reviews from dignitaries such as Jack Belz, Myron Lowery, and Mearle Purvis.

We are sure you will enjoy this jazzy, contemporary rendition of "A RAISIN' IN THE SUN".
